Good luck for the future mate, I do admire your courage coming on here and sharing this. If just one person reads this and it saves them from what you have endured then its well worth it mate.

It's happened to many of us Gerry, not necessarily with a Filipina. I walked away from a fortune, literally £m's to be out of my unhappy marriage. I was penniless 5 years ago. Since then, I picked myself up, worked and saved hard, met my Filipina lady who is now my wife and I've never been happier. Give it some time, you'll be fine. All the best David.

Nice to read of people's stories , where good and happy times followed bad and sad times . Thanks all for sharing , and I hope Gerry , you can get inspiration from these to move onto your next chapter with hope and greater experience .
Good luck on your next step mate .

    Hi Gents

Thanks so much for your messages of support - and in some cases sharing your own stories (ouch David!)

It was extremely difficult penning these posts - but cathartic too. I earnestly hope that my story will possibly cause new members to take stock and assess their own situation - conduct a stress test if you like.

I have nothing but pity & contempt for Kris - she's bereft of any morals and incapable of thinking beyond her next remit from her foreign clients.

2018 is going to be a good year for me - both professionally & personally. Bring it on!!!

Chaps - just a gentle warning that @inaroiles messaged me to say that she is chatting to someone through this site.

I am not surprised that a certain type of man might be interested in her and the services she provides.

Although she's engaged to the sick, 70 year old guy from Oz - and has recently moved into a house he's bought for her - she will always be happy to attract new business opportunities.

She is very adept at trawling through profiles so thought I'd better warn everyone should they receive a "cold call" message from her.

If you are interested then crack on - she can't accept PayPal but WU / Moneygram and of could bank transfers are eminently acceptable.

Finally, she's updated her avatar with a new image - but it's actually quite an old pic. It would be uncharitable for me to say that there have been a few shawarmas and buffalo wings since then!

    Forewarned is forearmed!

Why is a KUNT like that still allowed to be a member here??
If I was a moderator here I would have kicked that evil slag to the curb...Way back when!
Before you ban the scum bag admin..Could you please publish it`s IP address for us all to see and for us to spread?? Might also be useful for evidence in a crime report.
Estafa in the R.P means FRAUD.. That charge is a non bailable offence and prison here sucks.

Few Philippine IP addresses are geographically accurate due to the way the mobile companies hand them out, the land based ones no more accurate to be honest, they give you a general area but you can never tell.

The woman was not active here for a long time, I have not signed in for a long time either and I guess the recent activity on her account is just that, very recent.

We would have to do an invasive database search to see if she is actually trying to communicate with anyone else here, I might just do that when I get back to the UK later.

Gerry I consider you a friend, and I am very sad at what has happened to you, sorry I have only voiced this in private before now.

She didn't sign in here for a long time, I think March until at least mid November, I can't tell when she became active here again.

It would be upsetting if anyone else here were foolish enough to talk to her, she will no doubt have a story to spin, but a warning to other members as you have done is perhaps best, just don't let it become a sparring match, long ago on another forum I remember a couple who got drawn into very public slanging matches, one of them may have enjoyed it but it wasn't pretty.

Thanks Oss - appreciate and agree completely with your comments. I have no desire to get drawn into such demeaning / unedyfing action.

Personally I don't think she deserves to remain a member on this site - a wonderful resource for those of us who became involved with a Filipino. But it's not my call and I'll trust the judgement of Admin.

    All the best.

IMO not only should she be banned but all records of her/it`s activity should be recorded along with IP address`s whether static or dynamic as it could probably be matched with the same IP address on other sites it is lurking on during an investigation along with other relevent evidence once the data has been passed on to the authorities.
If this kind of thing is tolerated without reproach, the same thing will happen again and again to more decent people.

It is but don't count on being able to apply it: Estafa cases are hugely expensive to bring to trial and it is highly probable that it would be thrown-out of court if the plaintiff is not Filipino. Foreigners do not enjoy the same rights and protections under the law as Filipinos.
