Advice please on bring children to the UK

    CatchFriday British Expat living in Alicante, Spain

    Mum will be in the UK soon, hopefully by Christmas. On a Tier 2 work permit. So any advice how to get the first child here who is 17 next week. How long is the process. She arrives on Nurse permit (she has to take OSCE part 2). But her son is just a year from becoming 18. So advice will be welcome please, and also stories of those who have done it.
