    One of the questions is the one below bearing in mind the applicant is on FLRM extended, and the second applicant is 1st Stage FLR.
    The answer is yes or no and the help notes are below,whats the answers


    Question

    Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) indicated above?
    Yes No



    Help: Permanent Resident
    Permanent resident means any individual who has been legally granted by a country/region permission to live and work without time limitation in that country/region.

    A person on FLR is not a permanent resident but one on ILR is. The reason being that someone on FLR is subject to immigration controls.

    I'd of also said "live and work without time limitation in that country" would only be applicable to ILR.
