Hi numpters may i know how much per page to scan the documents at vfs. And also the financial since i want to avail the scanning service is it ok also that the bank statement and the rest of the financial is all scann from my husband..and the passport pages from my husband and the appendix form do they hve to scan it

The service is not per page, it is per application which makes sense;

Settlement Scanning Service
This Service provides the applicant with an option to choose VFS Global to scan their documents and send electronically to Sheffield on their behalf. While opting for this service, applicants will need to pay an optional service fee to VFS Global, thereby ensuring that the original supporting documents are returned for their safe keeping, hence not required to be sent outside Philippines.

The service fee is PHP 3,780.00 (inclusive of VAT) per application

You still need the original documents so the VFS can scan it.

Ah ok thank you i thought scan docs from my husband part is acceptable since i wanted to avail the scanning service at vfs also. Is it possible that the financial of my husband will be sent direct to sheifeld from uk and the rest of my papers i scan it in vfs.?

any documents here in the UK can be sent straight to Sheffield. any docs in the filis can be scanned at VFS. just make sure you put the visa application reference number on each bundle.

@anna To be honest it seems like the UKVI won't be able to tell whether the documents submitted to them are the original or the scanned versions. Everything sent to them by the VFS is scanned anyway. Send original copies if you want to play safe.

To be truthful, I've not known any applicant who sent their documents separately. They always send it altogether. I'm not sure if that will work but hopefully it will for you. There are loads of piles of documents in Sheffield and chances of your documents getting lost if sent separately is possible.

Mine i decided to send the supported documents of my kid to Sheffield today and have a letter explaining that the only documents will be scanned/presented from the VFS on April 12 are the applicant's passport, tb test. All documents except the applicant's are good to go to Sheffield, i just put that those are priority visa and paid. Enclosed all info and receipt. But just to make sure i also have the copy of her online visa, receipt of priority visa, ihs, vaf4a and appendix 2 to be presented on april 12. Really hoping for the best result.

Hi i just followed instructions from VFS website, i sent the copy of tb certificate yes not the original, my flight is on monday so i rrally dont have time anymore to provide originals. And they said its okay for the small errors about documents whether it will be scanned from VFS or send it directly to Sheffield. So i will just keep my parcel receipt, also i applied priority visa. So i will know what will happen on april 12 i will see what will happen in VFS.

My exact thoughts. Will keep you posted on Wednesday next week.
