So, I have been getting some mixed responses to when my wife can apply for her ILR. The timeline of events are as follows - 1. Spouse visa (33 months) granted 16 May 2023 (arrived UK 27 May 2023) 2. Visa expired 16 Feb 2026 3. Extension visa (30 months) applied for within the 28 days prior to 16 Feb and biometrics completed 20 Feb 2026. 4. Extension visa granted (30 months) (within 2 weeks on standard !) on 6 March and expires 30 September 2028 Regardless of the fact that her extension expires on 30 September 2028, the 5 year anniversary is 16 May 2028 and allowing for 28 days for submission, the earliest date to apply for ILR would be 18 April 2028 ? Are my assumptions correct, and we don’t have to wait until 28 days before the 30 September expiry date ?
