    Hello!

So just got married on fiance visa and now working on the form for FLM (R).

There's a question for the proof of Relationship it asks for 6 joint documents each for two years. We've been living in my parent's house for 2 months and my wife has no proof of address as she can't get bank account without a NI number etc.

What to do or is it okay for there to be no joint names on letters as she has only been here for 2 months?

Order some stuff in her name online so you get the invoices.

Sign on at GP. You should be able to do that.

    Hi hazlen,

I am planning to get married on the august of 2018, and is planning to a get fiance or ( family visa as a fiance) the same with your situation. In my understanding i do not need to reapply for a spouse visa? (family visa as a spouse or partner) After i get married.?

Iam planning to apply here in the uk for a fiance in march i am in the different category of visa.

If you are in fiance visa and got married in UK you don't need to apply for spouse visa. You need to apply for FLR(M) visa instead which last for 2.5years.
