Azimo money transfer: are they any good?

I have been using world remit too, sending money to myself and the wife, bank to bank using my UK debit card, only charge I receive is with world remit. Only problem is, the maximum is £ 1000 using debit card. If sending large amount better and safer to use your UK bank to send money. Okay their fees are expensive, but safer.

You can call back to the UK very cheaply using an internet-connected PC. The provider I currently use is: www.discountcalling.com. Not only are the rates incredibly cheap back to the UK (Landlines: 0.3p/min. Mobiles: 0.6p/min) but calls to The Philippines are also quite cheap: (Landline: 2.8p/min. Mobile: 8p/min). You can also access the service from any phone in the UK and many countries overseas (sadly not from a Philippine phone)

Some UK telecom providers have introduced internet calling making use of customers' UK land-line or UK mobile billing. That means you can make calls over the internet with your UK land-line or mobile package as if the call was made from the UK. For example, I am a Talktalk customer and use Talktalk's app called Talk2Go to make calls back to the UK. As I have an unlimited 24/7 package, those calls are free to 01/02/03/0800/0845/0870 numbers.

Western Union: £163.68 (including £9.90p fee) Exchange rate: 65.0290103

With Weston Union, you can send up to £4000. Azimo and World Remit you only send up to £ 1000 using debit card.

Not tried sending money to myself with Weston Union Jim, only time I used them was when I where in the UK.
