Again, I have to apologise to you all for my lack of presence on this site, unfortunately external factors did play a part in it.

Yesterday, I was overjoyed by my eldest daughter phone call from Jersey (C.I.) telling me that her oncologist reported to her that she was finally total cancer free.
This worry was at the back of my mind for quite long time, 16 months to be exact, and it played a huge part in me not posting too much or anything at all for fear my mood showed clear to new and old members alike.

Earlier on in the year, I restarted to travel country wide for work , after a hiatus of 2 years , and that didn't help my stress level and constant tiredness, but taking more time off did make a huge difference.
The sudden passing on of the company owner at the age of 36, for no obvious causes, did have a great influence in me deciding of taking it easier.. After all, I will be 71 soon...

Anyway......... I will still be travelling here and there but will have more time and willingness to post and respond to posts on the site.

But for me, the news of the year is my daughter being clear of cancer.

    Thank you for listening.........

I just realised that I have a great face for radio...

You don't need to worry about the mod duties, Putin did a good job of exterminating the spammers. Probably had one in the last 7 days.

Sorry to hear of the stress of the last couple of years Dom, I have a friend whose 40 year old daughter was diagnosed about 4 years ago and sadly she's not doing too well now.

Glad to hear that your daughter is well and that things are looking up.
