Ana would never chop the front bit off the Shrimp.

The first recipe was like a slightly overprepared Gambas.

These guys at Bisaya Studio were over doing it. So much so that a follower and viewer of their blogs informed them that they were harming their health and recommended a low carb way forward.

They have since reformed and ditched the carbs including rice. In this video they visit an all you can eat restaurant and apart from the carby coating on the chicken and the Coke original they have reformed and radically reduced their carb intake yet still enjoying a mukbang. The sauces might be a bit suspect but they have headed in the right direction of travel.

Lumpia is not keto friendly. I could only eat the chicken adobo from that lot.

That family were real gluttonous piglets, and they were getting the kid involved as well, great parenting

I know. Yes, gluttonous piglets. For sure. They have quite a following. Not as many as for Ryan’s Toy Review though.

However, when me and the Mrs eat out these days it’s usually at an all you can eat buffet where we can choose what we eat and eliminate the carbs as much as possible. We do the same on holiday. I end up with a plate of meats and veggies.

Yup, I can't understand the attraction of watching obese glutton pig out, I really can't, but I can't understand drinking or smoking either so maybe there's a lot of things beyond my comprehension :ninja:

Despite posting, I don’t watch the stuff either. Mrs Ash showed them to me. Is it a Filipino thing? They even have a word for it..Mukbang.

Originated in Korea, you know what Filipinos are like, they mimicked it and put their own spin on it, my son explained the psychology behind it to me, but I just see it as Gluttony.

When I caught covid my weight went down to 70 kgs, now my weight has gradually climbed to 78.8 kgs as of today. Going off my macro nutrients I'm eating less than 20 carbs a day.
