Hi everyone. I have a question in behalf of my friend. She have a children who is the father is a British citizen. She was granted an ILR due to Domestic violence case by her husband and immgration grant her ILR and that time her ILR granted ,she is in womens aid and separated to her husband. Womens aid help her for he ILR application .

But after a year of separation, she gave her husband a chance and they live together again and they have children together. She still married with her husband .She believed that her husband will change for good that's why she choose to live with him again

.This year she want to apply a british citizenship but she is worried too that her citizenship application might turn down because she choose to come back to her husband..Will her ILR will revoke because she choose to go back to her husband ? And will it affect her british citizenship application as she was granted ILR before due to domestic violence case but she choose to go back to her husband . Your advised is much appreciated..
