    This privacy policy sets out how British Filipino uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

    British Filipino is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

    British Filipino may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 28th September 2011.

    What we collect

    We may collect the following information:
    Email address
    IP Address
    Name and Username
    Date of Birth (at the users discretion)

    Please note: All information posted on the forums, blogs, link directory or Gallery is to be considered to be available to the public, so please only post information you deem usable for public consumption.

    All other information collected by British Filipino is at the users discretion, most of which is listed in the profile pages and users can choose what information they wish to provide.

    What we do not do

    Private Messages between users are private. Although the messaging system can be accessed by the sites main administrator, these messages will not be accessed unless in the extreme case of a warrant by the courts regarding matters of cyber-bullying or a similar crime. If members have complaints about private messages from another member, please forward the message to an administrator who will deal with the matter. Please do not ask us to read through another users private messages as a refusal will be the response. Once private messages are deleted, they are deleted from the database and cannot be accessed by anyone.

    How we use cookies
