Anyone else experiencing a long delay after receiving ILR granted letter and receiving a new BRP? We got our ILR notification on 3rd March and despite following the procedures on the UKVI website 3 times for reporting non receipt of BRP we still haven't a BRP or even any notification that its being processed other than a stock 'your query has been sent to a case worker' 3 times. Ive also called (waste of time) and written a letter (nothing) I've run out of things to try now and my wifes employers are getting nervous, asking every week now to see her BRP Any ideas?
