I got stampeded upon in the old days, before Dumaguete was a real port, when the jetty was basic and wooden, you bought your siquijor ticket from a window in a shack, as soon as the window opened the lot of them scrambled and surged forward, no semblance of a queue whatsoever, just a mad free for all.

If you ever go to the tea terrace in Cobham for lunch they have had a waitress robot for a couple of years, quite futuristic looking, her name is Theresa.

She has quite a nice accent in a robotic sort of way.
