are you rented accommodation if so it should be on your house contract, if it isnt it should be so get the landlord to sort it out.
If you are the owners unless your partner has bought the house just in his name the solicitors who dealt with the house sale should be able to help

use bank statements, utility bills, doctors letters

Arc number usually refers to asylum resident card try putting in your BRP card number or leave blank
