The guy at Liverpool reckons it's where the thing starts has a bearing also that applications are quickly scanned and merited to pass through ie straightforward A not so B got Ole skin of their teeth C

My wife gained her citizenship and finally obtained her British passport many years ago.
The final step for us was the passport.

Once our ILR is granted we are going to do it straight away another £1.3k before no doubt it will go up

Jeez, all the money I spent on getting her here

At least she is always making wonderful Asian-styled food, and luckily, I never had to smell all the stinky fish in the kitchen that other Brit husbands had to endure. :D

Hi John, yes we are up to FLR which we can apply for next January, as you say it seems yonks ago but is about 3 years since the first application was refused.
Just to clarify a point we can apply for FLR 2 1/2 years after my wife arrived here, or when her BRP runs out ?.

you can apply for FLR 28 days or less prior to the expiry date of the BRP, when you are coming upto ILR it is 28 days prior to the 5 year anniversary of her landing in the UK upto the date of her BRP expiring
