Hey everyone. I'm just posting to start gathering information on the process. So i just flew back from the Philippines, i was there for around 6 months. My question is how long do i need to be in work before we can apply for the spousal visa is 6 or 12 months? We are married too. As of now my main job pays 17300 a year and my second job pays 2200. So im over the 18600 threshold. I've been told i need to wait 12 months before applying for the visa, if i have two jobs, im hoping this is not true for obvious reason . Or if any one can point me in the right direction to a up to date forum post with help regarding this matter. Thank you.
