    Hmmm....

He looked like he was under instruction he did not have the confidence of a regular cook and the end result looked poor, plus that pork cut was far too fatty, Ana's mum makes an Adobo that is vastly superior both in appearance and probably in taste, Ana's own Adobo is pretty good too.

Normally he has a cook that cooks for him and his family.

He seemed to suggest frying it?

Hello everyone. Been a while. I'm very happy to let everyone know that Cora can be contacted once again on 01613304978. Please if you can, show your support for this lovely lady, a real torchbearer for the filipino community.

She is offering xmas dinner again this year at a competitive price.

She still offers her english breakfast and three course lunches which are freshly prepared.

Also please remember that if you want to have filipino food you need to call her in advance to book so she can make she has everything in for you.

Hopefully I'll be able to meet some of you there!

I think she only makes Philippine food nowadays for parties that have booked in advance, the British Filipino get together was held there a few months back.

Andy this is a very old thread.

And Timmers is correct, as far as I know her day to day cuisine is not Filipino these days, she only does Filipino food for guests that have asked in advance.

This is true so if you want filipino food you must facebook message her a few days in advance to arrange what you want. You can find her under Corazon Torres . She's wearing a red scarf

Hi! Does anyone have Cora's updates phone number? I tried to call both numbers in this thread but they're not working. Searched for her online and they have the same phone numbers listed. Would love to go to her restaurant and eat some authentic Filipino dishes. Thanks!

I think she only does Filipino food for groups of people on a prearranged basis nowadays, one of the other chaps will clarify. I think Coras place is mainly a breakfast and brunch kind of place.

The BF meet up took place there last year so maybe someone here who attended has her mobile number, @HaloHalo should be able to help.

    I'm sat in Cora's right now! :)

The best way to contact Ate Cora is to contact her on facebook. You can find her under Corazon Torres. Or you can try 07472718734. You may need to leave a message. Again, as mentioned before, if you want filipino food please contact a few days in advance so you can discuss what you'd like and she can get everything in.

Just in the last few weeks Ate Cora has had visitors from different parts of the country and by prior arrangement has been able to prepare dishes such as dinuguan. So it's well worth contacting her in advance.
