The first is May 2020. The poster made a mistake in her Tweets. I can see the actual test date.

So it must be May 2020, Oct 2020 and Jan 2021. Looks like she made a mistake with the year dates.

I never closed my ears to what she was reporting. Abbot products are used and relied upon globally.

Head of Immunisation for Public Health England, Dr Ramsay announced to the Science & Technology Committee that England may follow a focused protection strategy, where protection is given to the vulnerable and the disease is allowed to circulate among the young where its not causing much harm.

There was a senior immunology expert on the BBC the other day expressing the worry about mutation opportunity if this kind of approach were to be adopted.

So it appears from this post that official government policy is still to follow a herd immunity approach.

Looks like that statement was made on 2nd January 2021, ah no I'm wrong is was more recent.

    Here's a different take.

“Vitamin D could be one of the tools that helps turn the tide in the fight against this terrible virus. It is cheap. It is safe. It has many other proven health benefits. There is no more time to waste. The time to act is now.”

Looks like early March for me. I am towards the top of Group 5. Providing the vaccine supply isn’t compromised and the darned virus doesn’t mutate its way around the vaccines.

Good news. And May it continue.

I have wondered about the R rate as it isn’t exactly an easy to measure indicator. More a rough guide. I think one of the factors in the equation is human social behaviour and am not sure we can measure that like we can the days temperature or the speed of a car etc.
