I had to go to London yesterday to have everything scanned it was easy and they was really helpful but it can only be done at vfs global locations it's extra work and stress and the home office really don't care my solicitor said that and they said that at vfs global yesterday

Hi can I ask if you made an appointment or just walked in? As its suggested on the VFS updated info for the Philippines

To go to VFS Manila it should be by appointment and in going to center in UK I think you can just walk-in they give time when they're open and close.

Yes in the UK it's just walk in service I used London its nearest for me there was alot of angry people there because of this reason we ain't the only ones having this drama

Mine was delivered just fine by Royal Mail with signature to the Sheffield Address that was given to me at VFS Makati. Hence, Biometric was on 15 March 19 and Documents was delivered on 25 March 19. Hoping that it would not be returned to my partner's address. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Thank you so much for the reply I have also been stressing, as my nearest centre is 180 mile round trip and closes at 2pm , so not easy to pop in and ask.

Hi is there not a local scanning centre near you, a 360 miles round trip is daunting I would of thought

I know. Mine is more than 300 miles round trip

unfortunately there is none. I am from Aberdeen, I have to go all the way to Edinburgh. if I only knew that they change the procedure I could have sent all the documents in the Philippines. not too much hassle and definitely cheaper.
