Hello im newbie here. Im a filipina nurse and i got this job offer in UK but i still need to go through a lot of exam and process before i get there and start working.

My concern is just, I want to know if my husband and I can apply the visa at the same time.

I’ll be glad and appreciate for your response :) godbless

I assume you are both Filipino?
Your job offer is a good start.
Has your husband a job offer?
If not I am fairly sure you could not sponsor him as you are not a British citizen, however there maybe something in the dependents of crucial services that you can utilise.
    Hope this helps

hello! thanks for the respose. yes we are both filipino but im the only one who has the job offer under tier 2 visa. as i read thru some blogs, forum and government website my husband can be my dependent and i can apply for dependent visa. i would want to know if we can both apply for the visa at the same time so that we can both go UK at the same time.

    Thank you so much again

because as my agency told me i cannot apply for dependent pass until i settle everything first in UK., because for us nurse came from non european country we need to successfully pass the OSCE first before we can be registered nurse in uk. Im just a bit confuse.

Yes I beleive you will need to complete the OSCE prior to any visa applications for your partner. As you will be aware if you fail the OSCE you would likely be returning to the Philippines.
