I don't think England will do well at all.

I take it you won’t watch one minute of the World Cup!

Italy not qualifying does not have any bearing on it. I never felt Qatar was the right choice of venue for such prestigious and all inclusive sport tournament. The way the country approaches basic human rights is totally wrong

Didn’t realise Italy hadn’t qualified, mind you I don’t really look for 2nd rate teams ( only kidding)
I agree human rights is horrendous over there but silly trivial gestures won’t cut a deal with them it should never of gone there but no one had the balls to stand up and say so and also players should be saying “I am not going” not wearing coloured arm bands to try and get the message across, but there again that stance would be detrimental to the players career and pay check.
The Womens football profile is coming on leaps and bounds

That second photo in the first row, is reminiscent of something nice and warm, pity it doesn't look tight...

There seems at present a lack of appetite for the tournament!

Interruption to our normal EPL/CL routine...

That's a big worry for some big clubs in the CL/EPL( Man City are already resting some players who will play in Qatar, which is most of them, even Pep's not going.
    No injuries please.

I don't know if it's the time of the year, the problems of human rights or a combination of both.
The time of the year when the competition is on is so different and the interruption to our domestic football in Europe is not good.
Change is not good for many people but let's hope we forget the problems and enjoy the spectacle of the sport.
    It is almost upon us!

Have FIFA made a complete balls-up? Time will tell.
I am hoping we all become totally immersed in the competition.
I usually lose complete enthusiasm when England get knocked out!

Last time for 32... next time it will be 48... then maybe 64...

Maybe the dilution in quality is another problem... think the 24 they had before was better.

I'm not so sure.... cannot remember a time when we, England, weren't competing after a very long league season etc. most players just getting into their stride now... and we've got some great young players... can we find a winning team?

I won't be watching it, most KO times are late. Might watch England vs Iran that's 9 pm over here.
