Most of the drugs were mass-produced at secret factories in Mexico by the Sinaloa and Jalisco drug cartels, which use chemicals sourced in China.

As Fentanyl is everywhere, it seems like the local dealers are mixing everything as they see fit so nobody will know what they are buying.
Sadly, many more people will die over there as the cartels get richer.
This will have massive implications as the drugs the cartels used to export to the USA were recreational without lethal additives.

Mexican cartels profits dropped when mexibrick weed lost popularity due to cannabis legalisation north of the border. Fentanyl is a synthetic, China made it illegal a few years back but the precursors are available. Duterte used to like Fentanyl, maybe still does.

Bus I saw today.

I was downtown yesterday,quite a rough area,guy ran round the corner and almost collided with me,he was moaning and high on what I presume was fentanyl,I almost punched him in surprise as he seemed to be running straight at me.

Since 2020,when Americans voted for the dysfunctional rabble that they have now,Chinese,Fentanyl has been flooding the country via the wide open Southern border with the use of desperate mules,loaded by people trafficking gangs on a massive scale.
It is a hopeless situation and in my estimation,as it was designed to be.

I know,I was in Mexico recently,I know a little about the cartels,LA is packed with illegal immigrant Mexicans,I see lots of them daily outside the local Home Depot lining up waiting for construction crews looking for day labour.

No,the lady was an exceptionally skinny black lady actually on skid row itself.The guy under the blanket was what’s known here as a fentanyl zombie.

There was a fentanyl addict died of exposure a few days ago during the storms,found dead on a pavement,I saw a few people dotted around yesterday morning when I went bird watching,very sad to see.

its just a self limiting problem.
