Hi all My wife is here with a spouse visa. Does she still have to have a Shengen visa to travel to Europe?? Sory in advance for being so dumb
Yes. If she would require one with her usual. Passport then she still needs one Her British spouse visa does not affect her immigration status to other countries or confer any special rights.
Just a thought here. Is they any chance that a person who has entered UK on a visa and then leavse UK to visits say the EU, they might need another visa to re-enter the UK ?
If you're talking about someone who has a UK visit visa then there is no problem as the visa is multiple entry, if you're talking about someone who has a BRP (has FLR(M)) then they just need to show this on their return to the UK. If someone is here in the UK on a Fiancee visa (Marriage Settlement 6 month visa) then that too is multiple entry.
