There will be so many media comments on this "European Super League" over the next months but the real influence will, like before, be the fans of all the teams who will not want a closed shop. Fans have a massive power; some demonstrations have big effects (Liverpool getting rid of some American owners, Everton demonstrating their distaste at the football club's board - so much so that the boards chairs in the stadium are empty) but some fans have yet to achieve their objective like Man Utd / Glazers. This new league will not happen in my opinion but I have been wrong so many times.
