I watch videos of the new Everton stadium all the time, John, thanks. This one was filmed yesterday: Footage starts at 01:27
I watched the Liverpool vs Chelsea mid table clash last night. Some tasty challenges going on better than the football they tried to play.
"mid table clash" ... I watched it too cannot remember it ever have been described like that! Normally a Final of some kind or battling for a Champion's league spot. I think if Chelsea had been able to play Mudryk from the start they'd have won it.
Tuchel had a couple of bad games at Chelsea and got fired. I guess Lamps must have a very thick layer of Teflon on his skin............
I saw the Arsenal vs Man Utd first half... and the highlights this morning... very good watch - for the neutral.
As usual, the Everton board are in disarray and as someone wrote on a football forum "Couldn't organize a day trip to Rhyl". Frank Lampard as Everton Manager: Games 38 W 9 D 8 L 21 Points Points per game 0.92 Things don't look good although our next two fixtures look winnable; Arsenal at home and Liverpool away
It depends if we have a manager who can finally get a consistent tune out of the squad. Let me find my boots, oh also take off over 40 years from my age
Frank Lampard sacked. Defeat at fellow strugglers West Ham United on Saturday was Everton's ninth loss in 12 Premier League games. A nice man who was a very good footballer but not a good manager.
Relegation looms and a reset will shake everything up if it happens The owner and the board didn't learn aything from last season and dreadful signings over the past few years have bit us in the bum now that FFP is stopping more signings.
They'd be mad to hire Rooney for the job, but they've been mad for years so who knows? Somebody on an Everton Forum posted this: "regardless who we pick we need someone who can get us out of the championship should it happen, failing to prepare is preparing to fail". Both Bielsa and Dyche have had teams promoted to the Premier League. Seems like the penny has dropped for Moshiri and the everton board and they realise that relegation is happening soon or there is a very real chance of dropping.
