Hi everyone, in need of some advice on our situation.

We have lived together for 5 years (in Philippines 2 and Thailand 3 ) unfortunately my job has finished suddenly and we are reevaluating our situation .

Our priority is to get to the UK permanently as we just dont see the long term opportunities for the children in the Philippines ( and nothing really in my line of work in oil and gas)

Me, partner ( not married) , Step Daughter (14) , M son from a previous (10) and partner and I son (6) only mum and step daughter doesnt have UK passport ( they have visited twice before and will have a two year multi entry ( in process now)

( I know they have to be in the Philippines to apply and wont be applying on any visit to the UK), plan is they will all go back home to the Philippines while i get a job, process the next steps

    Question 1
I read somewhere that as long as I have a job in my return within 3 months ( that meets the requirements) they can apply straight away for it, is this true?

Question 2: For the number of rooms in a house thats required , does it have to be a bedroom ? ( we are thinking of using my mums house as temporary as will be saving up for a mortgage deposit and dont want to waste on renting. just trying to seeif we would need to rent or not.

Question 3 : our worst case scenario is that i dont have a job and meets the requirements in the three month, we would then use the visitor visa for the wife and daughter to come ( i understand the maximum stay is 6 months, has anyone had any luck going back after returning home for a month then back again?

really appreciate any feedback, this is a worrying time for us as we dont want to be apart for long.

You will have to look at room numbers as if I recall siblings over 10 cannot share the same room unless same sex nor can they share with their parents.
