Roger Hallam really gave a good account of himself and the aims of XR. The issue is so important that the journalist, John Sackur and many of his questions, paled into insignificance.
The two kids, my wife and I went to a lovely beach in Lincolnshire a few weeks ago and we had the most amazing day. There were no shops anywhere close and the weather was perfect; hot and warm in equal amounts. No hawkers or any hassles at all. We went into the sea and played games on the beach. We left the beach in the same condition we found it and we all came home feeling tired but remarkably refreshed. The UK is magical on a nice summer's day.
We all should enjoy our days the best we can, within reason. Life is short and we have to make sure it is not made even shorter by burying our heads in the sand.
