Do we have to show same screenshots on both phones (applicant and sponsor) to prove they match? Sponsor lost 1 year of whatsapp data, but applicant has that, so shall we not include it, as it's only from one party?

Yes once every month that's what I did.

It doesn't have to be both. Your whatsapp history or the applicant's history can be used but it doesn't have to be from both of you. The messages and the logs will be shown anyway that both of you were in contact. So if you lost some of the history you can use the applicant's history to recover it and screenshot it from her.

For financial requirement, I am using Cash Savings only. Appendix FM-SE says to send bank statements for at AT LEAST least 6 months. Does it mean, it's better to send statements for more than 6 months?

I used cash savings for our FLR last week, you need to have held at least £62,500 in a immediately accessible bank account for 6 months prior to the application, so you need 6 months savings statements.

You also need to submit a declaration giving a brief outline where the savings came from, I submitted 6 months current account statements and 6 months business account statements, they were not interested in either, just the savings account.

It might be naive question, but still your views will clear my head.

I have no mortgage on my house. How will UKVI know that I have no mortgage and so I don't need to include mortgage statements?

ukvi have no interest in whether you have a mortgage--or not. or if you rent.

but you do need to show evidence you have a suitable place to live in together.

Having no mortgage will be of no interest to the UKVI, its all about meeting the financial requirement and of course you do with cash savings.

Just include paperwork to show you own the house as this will be part of the accommodation requirement.

1) Appendix 2 is coloured form (blue), do I need to print in colour OR black&white ok?

2) Last 5 pages of Appendix 2 are guidance to fill the form. Do I need to include those 5 pages in my packet?

3) I (sponsor) will send UK size photos of applicant in small transparent plastic envelope. How many photos shall I send?

Uk instead of using the scanning services in vfs. I would like to ask about my online form do i need to sent it also to uk or only in vfs i have to bring my online form..

Online form you mean the online application? You need to send that with your documents to the UK.

I went to vfs yesterday and they told me that i only need to bring my original passport and online form thats why i decide to sent my papers today without te online form huhu

They want to see the online form too to check that you got the right details and to get your GWF but the online form should be sent to Sheffield as well. The ECO needs it. Make sure your husband will send it.
