Does the TB cert, IELTS cert, thats being sent to Sheffield have to be the original, or a copy ?.

You send the original and a copy with it.

Does anyone know how long it takes to order NBI clearance certificate on line and have it delivered ? Wife did one last year but will have expired and as she is in UK would like to see if can order on-line and have it delivered either just before we get back or as we get back and just before we submit the application. window will be tight to get it and would prefer to avoid having to go collect although not sure who could sign for it if wife is not there when delivered.

Second question is to confirm that have to send copies of everything to Sheffield as seems a bit crazy when they are scanning everything and sending it back ? If in doubt will send a full set of copies but seems insane if scanning everything that want paper copies. must cost a fortune in storage and/or disposal costs and scanning everything should ensure that don't need paper copies.

We were advised to include the Cenomar.

We never had one and never needed one. It is irrelevant in the UK, although I believe it is needed if you are doing the priority visa route as the Filipino side wants to see it.

On a normal application, though, it is not needed.

Hi there. thingymejig2 how did you get on? Guys I did not certify or have certified the colour copy's of my passports that I submitted to Sheffield...should I now be worried?

Nothing to worry about. It’s easy for them to check yours against the passport records and check with VFS for your partners.
When we applied no copies were certified and we got fiancée visa then FLR.

Ok, the heir of mystery during this time is quite nerve racking. Pretty much all in with this application and further decisions in life somewhat on hold.

    Thanks Heathen

    Good morning all,

With regards to evidence, do photographs need to be time stamped or just a handwritten explanation the date and location?

    Thanks

    Dave
