ye its in the account for more than 6 months and is attested by the bank on the certificate. So we got it covered. If i have a few questions on the appendix 2, should i make a new thread? or just post the questions here instead?

Quick question, my wife's headed to the solicitor to get the papers notarised. Does she need to have the naturalisation and oath taking for british and filipino notarised as well? or a scanned copy of this be enough?

Might as well notarised it if she can.

I think I have some clarifications cause it's a bit confusing and we wanna make sure we answer the right one as to not give any confusion with the ECO. The guidelines is not that detailed on the explanation.

1.9 The question if i ever lived with the sponsor before marriage, does living with her during her holidays count? but we move from apartment to apartment depending on which region we're travelling and mostly doesn't count to a month. The guideline says I need to put the address where we lived. So, do I just say No and just explain that we're only together during her holidays?
2.6 What does it mean any other room. like receiving area maybe, guest room or attic?
2.8 With the intent to work, if I answer yes, cause obviously under a spouse visa, the applicant is allowed to work, at to what point of details do I need to provide? Like credentials and what not? Job offers maybe? or list of certain companies that I'm aiming to apply for?
3.3 Do i cross out "complete part 3a" and then "category a" or just the "category a"?
3.20 Since my wife just got promoted for 9 months now, does the remaining 3 months as her salary before the raise be added to compute the salaried employment for the last 12 months?
-Then from part 3B to 3E, should i leave them blank? Since we're only using 3A and 3F.
Part 3F Cash savings. Do i need to add up the total of the 2 accounts that we will use as the cash savings and convert it to gbp? since the account is on usd.

Sorry for dropping loads of questions. heh also thanks again for the help brom! :like:

1.9 Say NO and no need to explain
2.6 Any other room aside from bedrooms like living room, receiving room but not including kitchen bathrooms etc.
    2.8 Say YES
3.3 Cross out Part 3A and Category A
3.20 Yes the whole 12 months

Leave the rest of the category blank only asnwer the category you will use to meet the requirement.

Convert the savings to GBP as all money need to be in pounds.
