hello, My husband’s visa will be expired soon and we booked an premium service appointment just a week before expiry date. We think it is ok but when we receive home office reminder about expiry today and we are getting worried. If anyone comes cross the same situation, please let me know that could be a problem and what should we do about it? Many thanks in advance Elison
It's standard that HO gives you a reminder when your visa is expiring soon. As long as you apply before the visa expires then you have nothing to worry about.
Hi Glen would like to ask you some help i came here on spouse visa last july 29,2017 and it will expire april 19,2020 is it possible that I apply my renewal on april 10,2020 with the premium service coz my husband is self employed and the tax die not until april 6, if not possible cam I use the 2018-2019 income to show and apply January 2020 instead
There should be no problem applying on Apr 10th 2020 on the assumption that they have a spare placement withing the UKVI premium centre for that date.
