Aaaargh, just received this. I swear I had submitted everything, checked my records and the documents are there. What is the point of paying a sum of money to check everything is there before submission! Am I right in that Part 2 and Part 3 should be completed by me as the SPONSOR or have I got something wrong? This is what I done initially. BRP expired 30 Sep 20!

Thank you for submitting your application for leave to remain as a spouse.
We are currently assessing your application. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

We are missing Part Two and Three Consent Forms from the Sponsor. We have attached a blank copy of each for your convenience, along with guidance for completion. For clarity, we require part two and three to be signed by the Sponsor.

Please note that until we have your consent forms, we are unable to consider some of the documents you have already provided. Once your Consent Forms have been received, we may then write out to you for further documents or information but we cannot consider these until the Consent Form has been returned

Please send this document(s) as a scanned attachment within 14 days of this email otherwise your application will go out of normal Service Standard to: FLRMAtlasValidate@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox™ or Google Drive™. Please note that multiple files may be too large for our inbox to accept, in this instance please split the attachments over more than one email as required.

Please note failure to reply to this email within 14 days may result in further delays to a decision being made and/or may result in the application being made on the basis of the evidence already provided. This may result in the application being refused in accordance with the immigration rules.

    Pt 1 Applicant
    Pt 2 Spouse/partner
Pt 3 Third party i.e. Parents/relatives providing financial support.

We returned Pt 3 marked 'Not applicable' & unsigned.

That's what I dont get, there is no third party sponsor, just me but as it says can't progress until they have it. Part 2 specially says consent for the Home Office to verify third party information. Part 3 says consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor. Who is the third party sponsor?

As @Mattecube says, the application is 'dynamic' - questions/sections are tailored dependent on previous answers.

As I understood it, Pt 2 applies where you have supplied 'joint' evidence - joint account(s), bills in joint names etc (remember the questions are for the Visa applicant) - and Pt 3 relates to anyone other than the applicant & their spouse/partner.
