Hello! I just want to ask if anyone of British people here has a filipino spouse and applied for a visa for france. Our marriage certificate was issued in the Philippines but it was in English already issued by NSO. Do i still need to stamp it/ authenticate it to the Philippine embassy or the document itself will be accepted by the france embassy? Thank you.
If your marriage certificate is in English Language there's no need for translation or authentication by the Philippine Embassy. I take it you are currently under UK immigration Rules and not under EU regulations ?
