When we started Azimo 2 years ago, we never imagined the huge response we would get to our safe, easy and low cost way to send money overseas.

From Albania to Zambia we've made it easy to send money around the world to over 190 countries, in the process saving our customers millions of POUNDS in fees.

To celebrate our Birthday and say THANK YOU, we've turned all transfers FREE* until 15 November with promo code THANKS.

Please take the chance to send money to your loved ones as a gift from us. And please spread the word. Tell your friends. Tell your colleagues. And let's ALL save even more.

Thanks again for all your support,
    Team Azimo

Azimo exchange rates (as of now) are also better than Western Union and World Remit!

They don't accept my method of payment so I can't use them.

WU are surprisingly good at the moment, even though they have reinstated fee's the fee's are low.

WU change their fees frequently and without fanfare when they reduce them. When I last checked, there were more expensive than World Remit and Azimo. I am signed up with all three and check the fees and exchange rates of all three before I send. Take special note that WU sometimes have free transfers if you can credit the recipient's bank account and Western Union usually have better rates if you pay by card.

World Remit seem to have 50% reductions every month at least but Azimo reductions are quite rare. World Remit is often the most expensive if it has no special offers available at the time, even when Azimo and WU are charging full fees.

I have just signed up with Azimo thought I'd give them a try World Remit fees at this moment are £6.99 Azimo £2.99 and getting more php to the pound, seem to be losing well over £10 per send with World Remit, I have been very happy with World Remit so will not leave them just yet...!

I see exchange rates are hovering around the 70PHP mark, a slight dip since I last checked.

Just an update yesterday I sent money using Azimo and my wife got it within 24 hours so very happy, only thing they don't seem to do is text you or the person you are sending too that World Remit do, but if its to keep the cost down we are happy with that, and will use again.

I am intensely dissatisfied with Azimo.

I have (tried) to use them 3 times and each time has been a nightmare - the first time Was when they were offering free money transfers and when I did all the business their fee was still being charged to me.
The second time, I actually managed to get the money through - although Hanna had to wait almost 48 HOURS for her money.
The third time - well, I was totally shocked at their response to my email - I shall put it in this thread tomorrow. Suffice to say they insulted me!!! I may take this matter further actually.

    Al.

My advice - leave well alone!!!
