the landlord has had it on sale a number of times at around 3 or 4 grand above what he's asking from us, including one where it was offers "in excess of". he's been wanting to get rid for a while as he lives in another part of the country and i guess it's a hassle still looking after it, so he's doing us a favour knocking a few grand off which is fine by us!
Well..In their country we as foreigners can`t own property full stop...So not all bad.. Perhaps our diplomats should demand more parity and not allow them to get mortgages at all!!
