Hi I'm here to gain some information about potentially living in the Philippines, and the best health plans and their costs. Also about starting a business in the Philippines. But also would like to know how Filipino nurses are finding living in the UK. My fiance is a nurse, and though I have known a lot of Filipino nurses who have enjoyed living in the UK, have lost contact with them.

    Thanks Larry

    Welcome to the forum!!

A few members would be in a better position to provide better answers.

In relation to best health insurance/investment , the only advice i can give you is to try and look to invest in a hospital. Being an owner would be the best shot for best return. Almost all hospitals give as high as 50% discount on rooms, fees and medicines for you and your immediate family plus of course share in the profit.

Not sure about health plan coverage in ph since most insurance companies has a lot of restrictions (they wont cover you if you are in mindanao etc).

Thank you Maley - Suppose we choose to live in Davao, or Cebu? At this stage we are not contemplating Luzon as her ex is there.
