Jollibee Okay, kidding... So far my experience of Manila has been the criminal cab drivers and the airport. Though if you want to splash the cash I have read good things about a place called "Aubergine"!!
As Florge says lots of nice places my personal favourite was a great european restaurant called the Golden Sala in Nakpil street Malate but it vanished a couple of years ago however I just found it again now called the Sala restaurant it's at G/F Locsin Bldg., Makati Ave., Manila not been there but it's the same owner chef apparently, really top class steak and sea food! We tend to like Korean, Japanese and Chinese but for filipino and european maybe Cafe Adriatico on the corner of Remidios circle in Malate it's reasonable and cosy.
you can go to Libis.. loads of restaurants there to choose from... and most of them are really nice... i should know as I worked there before and have been eating in them restaurants almost everyday... hahahah... gosh! just realized how i miss Libis!!!!! waaaaaaaaaaaa
i miss eating to karinderya near to where i used to work...cant afford to eat/diine on a restuarant how i miss those days oh well
