has anyone else flight been cancelled on 8th march with PAL? heathrow to NAIA

Hmm, that a very unusual situation. One would think that if it was the radar that is the reason then it would affect other carriers.

I was once affected by a 'system update' by PAL a year ago. My domestic flight was delayed by about 5 hrs which had led me to miss my manila connection to dubai. When i asked for the reason, PAL said their system was down and they dont want to fly 'blind'.
(I had travel insurance with PAL but they didnt pay any compensation since they said i was flown to manila safely anyways. I had to pay 400USD to rebook that flight! )

Unfortunately, heads didnt roll and pinoys still have a limited choice between the devil or the deep blue sea (ie pal or cebu pacific)

I just hope I can get a flight earlier, looks like one on the 7th and on 5th
