Hi, has anyone on here used the SU07 form as a sponsor for a visa? The form is found attached.

I believe that form is now redundant, or at least superfluous to requirements, but it may still apply for certain types of visas...?

however as it's all now done on line now and certainly at the end of the online application process FLR 2 you get an automated sponsorship form to complete ( this maybe the same on 1st application maybe it is surplus!
I suggest once at end of you application if you don't get an automated sponsorship undertaking form to complete that you complete the SU07 if you do then don't bother with the SU07.
If in doubt as it takes only a couple of minutes to complete include it.
It is however after all one of the few times they get to see the sponsors signature!

We used it last year for our visit visa .

We never used it.

So it worked then? I guess you submit this and pay statements etc

I used it to get my wife and step daughter here

Well the form, worked my asawa has been here since Wednesday, so we have been seeing the sights I do recommend Warwick castle it’s a great day out.

• Su07 form which is my name of course because it’s a sponsor form

Cover letter

• Sponsor’s Proof of Identity
  • Sponsor’s current passport
  • Sponsor’s birth certificate

  • 6 Months Bank Statements ( 3 different account which show the sum of £68000)
• Sponsor’s Evidence of Employment
  • Supporting letter from sponsor’s employer
  • 6 Months Payslips and p60
• Sponsor’s Accommodation
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Letter from housing association stating accommodation is adequate and enough room and how long I’ve lived there
  • Council Tax bill
  • Photographs of the property (where we will live together in the UK)
  • Utility bills

Evidence of a Genuine and Subsisting Relationship

• Proof of Physically Meeting
  • Photographs of applicant and sponsor together
  • Miscellaneous Documents (boarding passes, receipts etc)
• Proof of Regular Communication
  • First contact
  • Watsapp voice calls
  • Watsapp conversation last 8 months
  • Facebook posts
• Intention to Marry
  • Pics of engagement ring and receipt
  • provisional booking of wedding service

do as @Mattecube says--take it to sopra steria--let them scan and upload.

but if you insist on posting--look at DHL.

DHL cost us £43 for 5kgs of docs 3-4 days.

One more novice question...yeh I'm dumb...but the 28 day rule ..do we go off last date of statement .or date we printed them from self service machine? This for example..my last isa statement came through 8th July....but I printed today on 10th July
