So I looked at the website of National Statistics Office main Quezon City. I found out that you can order for marriage certificate and will be delivered to you in 3 days? Anyone tried this?
I'm afraid that the agency that my husband and I hired are cheating on us, they been processing our marriage certificate for a month and we paid 5,000 pesos. While in this website you can order for marriage certificate? Please tell me your options. Thank you

That does not look like the official NSO site, this is the official site as far as I know https://www.ecensus.com.ph/default.aspx

These are the services offered https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Secure/FAQs.aspx#S1

The screenshot you added looks like a cellphone app , so I might be wrong it might be a legit application but I would be very careful about using that app, better to use the browser links I provided above.

I checked that site they are accredited partners of the NSO but they are not the actual NSO.

    e-Census is the real NSO!

Yes, these copycat sites also exist catering to the UK. IMO they should be banned, as they are clearly trying to mislead people into believing that they are the 'official' site.

    Be careful.

I've requested marriage certificate to be delivered to my husband home address in UK on this site https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Default.aspx . I paid 20.00 USD using credit card and he received it after 4 weeks. I think 5,000 pesos is too much, it is true that you can receive the certificate in 3 days but delivery is only around Metro Manila.

We've used the e-Census service twice. Once with delivery to UK and once with delivery here in Davao City

We were both impressed with the service on each occasion.

Hi Erica. The nsohelpline is an accredited partner of the NSO, you could also request through them but you may want to look up ecensus.com.ph. I have tried them twice - for birth certificate and CENOMAR. I had the requests delivered to my office in Manila where it took 2 days for the birth certificate and 3 for the cenomar.

@MdPr thank you for your reply and the link you shared , I'm going to try that site..
It really troubles me how other women was able to get their marriage certificate in a month and they get any help from their agency...while me, I paid an agency to help my marriage certificate be released early and all they give are excuses..
It's been 2 months now since I got married...
I'm planning to visit nso quezon city to personally ask for my mc.
Thank you everyone for the replies! :)
