What you call middle aged , we in the UK would call young .

I have over the years , spoken to a few Filipinas who describe themselves as "not young anymore " because they have reached the ripe old age of thirty .
You have to love their lack of ageism .

In the Philippines once you hit 31 - you are considered old coz you’re not in the calendar numbers anymore lol. It’s a common thing in the sunny Philippines. In all fairness, our genes makes us looks 21 forever I think it’s the height.
