Hi I’ve just joined here! My husband is Filipino, we just just got a refusal on spouse visa, and wondering wether to appeal and I wondered if anyone out there has done this and what the time frame could be? Thanks in advance
Can you share the reason for refusal? Appeal takes a long time and sometimes it’s better to reapply especially if you are rightly refused but if you think they were wrong then it might be worth it.
I was refused too and it was stated that there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review so I'm gonna have to reapply. Hope it works.
No appeal for a visit visa refusal. But you got the reason for refusal. Apply again if you can overcome the reason. A spouse visa ( settlement) is altogether different...and 15 X times dearer. You can appeal if the refusal reason is wrong..but it can take a year or more.
