Welcome aboard!!!!!!!!! Yeah, the Anulment is going to be a bit of hard slog. But if you care for her, then it is going to be more than worth it... Just make sure that you get the lass appoint a reputable lawyer to present your case. I would strongly advise you to stay in the background and don't let it be known that she is dating a foreigner, as the risks are twofold 1 - All prices will climb considerably if the Lawyer sniffs your involvement.. (Normal practice) 2 - Her ex husband may ask for a considerable amount of money to sign anulment papers, of if he is really pigheaded he may report you to the police and have you arrested for adultery...... Welcome to British Filipino, good luck with the annulment, get the ball rolling as soon as you can, it can be a long process and quite expensive as already mentioned.
