Popular scenic, historic city. Very bad traffic (and probably pollution to go with it). Coolest (temperature-wise) city in the Phils. Nice parks, markets, malls. Quite a lot to do there...though the city itself is very isolated. Plenty of young ladies to chat-up. I live about 40 miles south of there.
