I must agree on the halo-halo too Jim. I get the familiarity of those milks as anything like fresh milk will just go off all to easily in the hotter climates. Whilst doing the food program they served ‘middle of the road’ ice cream. After the kids left I asked if I could sample a bit thinking nice fresh ice cream but no condensed immediately hit the taste buds so the expectation at that point was something quite different.
