    Im new here Im glad a friend of mine recomend me here as me and my husband struggling about this 18600 requirement for spouse visa.

    This is the sponsors minimum income figure required per year,assuming no children will be applying for a visa with you.

    As of now my husband income a year 16000 only this is really hard for us

    Not enough savings, we need to apply our son british passport on our first step

    If the natural father of your son is not British, then your son is not entitled to a British Passport at this stage.

    Sounds like he needs to get an extra job. I keep hearing that unemployment is at new low in the UK.

    Hi yah, I just want to let you know that way back 2014 me and my husband did a risk to apply for my spouse visa even if his contract is just about £15k a year. We have a child what I did was we applied her British passport 1st then my husband comply 12 months payslip and do overtime we’re on category B that time because we didn’t meet the financial threshold. Maybe your husband could do some overtime to meet the financial threshold and submit 12 months payslip. We submitted all my documents that we provided and pray for the visa we included the child documents and British passport and yeah we did it I received my spouse visa.
