Blackstick Blue from Butlers. It can be bought in most supermarkets.

I love the taste of roquefort, or an extra mature cheddar, something strong :)

Yes. I like the extra mature cheddar, with the crystals inside. I had some tonight.

Not easy for many to get their heads around. Yet another case means this GP and his partners at an NHS practice in the Liverpool / Southport vicinity is achieving these results ad infinitum. This is a regular GP applying healthy eating solutions to his patients. Notice the achievement is drug free, which means his practice is saving the NHS a wedge of dosh. Notice the relationship between triglycerides and HDL - this isn’t about cholesterol per se. The patients HDL is up but so what - it’s irrelevant. Rather than stuff the guy with statins it’s time to stop them if he is on them. And blood pressure is down considerably - well normal.

Hard to grasp, I know. And yes, one might not want to be healthy and drug free. There is always some though that are comfortable on drugs.
