welcome aboard. About the sari-sari or tindahan I don't know what to suggest apart from getting in touch with your local council lcensing office and ask on the requirement for opening a store. About stock for the store, I guess you have to get in touch with the Oriental Food wholesalers. It is not going to be easy, but I wish you the best of luck in your enterprise.
