Do you have to supply bank statements along with age slips?

What if you are paid a wage in cash (payslip, taxed)?

If you are paye You have to supply 6 months bank statements, which will obviously need to show the salary being paid into the said bank account, if you are self employed i believe the requirement is for 12 months statements, if you are paid cash and dont pay this cash into a bank account then you are going to struggle to meet the requirement because you have no proof of earnings.. My boss asked me if i wanted to be paid by cash or paye i chose paye so that i could meet the financial requirement.

Show your wage slips and I assume you deposit an amount each week into your bank account, this will be ok.

For the spouse visa, it is required to show proof of tenancy. Would it be ok if a property has two tenant names in it? My husband is currently staying in a place which is co-tenant with his friend. Both of their names is written in the tenancy.

Can anyone tell me if this is ok to submit in the spouse visa application?

you will need written permission --from the landlord or agent--for you to also lawfully occupy the property under the same terms and conditions as your husband.

To answer your question, it will be fine having 2 names on the tenancy agreement.
You do need written permission off the landlord for you to live there.

Thank you so much for the responses.
For tenancy with two names, it is fine as long as the agency / landlord permits it. Right?

How early can we start to apply for the visa?

We plan to to get married in September 2020, with a hope of her moving her January 2021.

Obviously can't submit until we're married, but any harm in gathering the required documents?

So we were planning to apply from Manila on September but we are in the UK now until the end of this month due to covid and can apply from here due to covid. Can we get everything done in 15 days ? We hadn't planned to rush it but would be ideal as we are already in the UK together atm.

Hello! Anyone here applied just recently? Has biometric centre open yet? Thanks! Our visa is due to expire on oct 4. Is it too short of a time is we submit the application and the documents in the last week of Sept? Thanks in advance.

They are looking at reusing biometric data from previous applications so if have recorded it already then may be ok. Think they are trying to use an app to take updated photo so removing need for biometric centre visits.

At present the centres are opening but dealing with backlog so no new appointments. Applications made after 24th will find out in a few weeks whether can use the app.

Once application has been submitted on time should be ok as visa status remains the same until decision made although I believe cant leave uk while decision process is on going.

Hi everyone! I'm in the UK on a fiancee visa and will be applying for a spousal visa soon after our wedding.
    Got a few questions:
-Can we still use the property report for the house that we have submitted before? We are currently living with my fiance's parents and they will give us another letter of support for the accommodation.
-Do we have to provide some sort of proof of residence for me?
-Should we still provide pictures and convos even when we're submitting our wedding certificate?

This forum has been really helpful for us, thank you all! :)
