Not applicable for fiancée visa. You'll pay the ihs fee when you apply for extension of stay in the UK (FLR(m)) after you get wed.

No IHS surcharge for fiancée visa. It's only for visas over 6 months. You pay IHS when you apply for flr after you get married.

We are applying for a settlement visa.

Do we need to have the sponsorship undertaking witnessed by a person authorized to make it official?

How do we find someone to witness the sponsorship undertaking?

my partner and I are in the process of applying for Fiancé visa. Do I need to get my Passport signed or stamped by a Solicitor?
Also does my partner need to have TB test? She lives in Dubai and they have stringent medical examination to work their.

Hi everyone, today I received an email asking for additional documentation which is TB certificate. I did submit my TB certificate and had it scanned at VFS. However, my certificate expired last Sept 14. I submitted my application last August 7. Before this, I tried to get a new certificate but IOM would only re-examine me 2 wks before my certificate expires. I emailed IOM and they require a scan of my passport from UKVI. Has anyone experienced before? Do you think they will accept my expired certificate If I submitted it? Thank you.

We are applying for Fiancé visa.my partner is completing this in Dubai. We will apply using the additional Priority service. I can’t figure out the further Heath costs? Or does she just need health insurance?

There’s no health surcharge for the fiancé visa. Health insurance would be optional but that is not a requirement for the visa. If you get one, you don’t need to submit it.

My fiancé has just returned to Dubai having visited me in the uk for 9 days. We are now applying for the Fiancé visa.
Is it possible to see a copy of supporting letter? I am writing this now, but admit to finding this hard to complete.

    Any support will be welcome.

My fiancé received her visa last week in Abnu Dhabi :) Thanks for all your help.

Does the 6 months start the day she lands in the UK or when the visa is issued?

Is there a lot of supporting documentation needed for the next visa? How long does that process take?

would you like to write up a timeline of your application--we are all interested to know how long these are taking now.

the next visa--FLR is straightforward--mainly a gert long list of pages to print. then mostly proof of sponsors earnings again and accommodation--plus proof of marriage. you can pay extra if you want same day service at a UKVI office.
